AbstractThis paper discusses the stakeholder management in road construction projects. Relationships between an organization and its stakeholders, or groups of interested parties, are the focus of stakeholder management. These relationships have an effect on people and their organizations, which can be beneficial or detrimental to any project's success. Therefore, the organizations that are responsible for managing any project's stakeholders ought to do so with the intention of minimizing the negative effects and ensuring that there are no obstacles in the way of the project's success. In construction projects, Stakeholder Management is a set of procedures. It is essential to initially distinguish, then, at that point, focus on lastly draw in your partners. Stakeholder management is a difficult task in construction projects because each stakeholder requires a different approach. In Department of Highway, MOC, stakeholder management is still required to be implemented fully by following step by step process of effective stakeholder management plan. In this study, the detailed process of executing stakeholder management plan is discussed for future projects.
