AbstractTo Improve living standard for two village tracks and six villages and more than six thousand people located in Lashee township, Hkamti district, Sagaing Region. DRRD has planned to construct 30.48 m length of bailey bridge with the spun foundation within mini budget (Nov 2021 to May 2022). Bailey structure and its accessories were procured through competitive bidding. At the period of construction period, most of township and city in Myanmar hit by COVID-19 as it was officially announced by MOHS that the virus was confirmed to have reached Myanmar in March 2020. The project team have faced up various obstacle and difficulties during that period as compared with normal condition. To prevent virus spread out, MOHS has issued COVID-19 restriction and rules for manufacture, factory, and construction industry. Therefore, it has occurred delay in construction process. In this case project, the delay was occurred due to late material arrival, insufficient skilled worker, etc. Then, the project team has drawn recovery management to overcome the problem. Finally, the project has been successfully completed within mini budget year (Nov 2021 ~ May 2022).
