AbstractThe project report is about studying the project planning and implementation in overall life cycle for social construction project. In the project life cycle, planning is the most crucial part of the project. A project base line survey is ability to access the project performance when we know what the project plan it was. The planning compares the actual data and ongoing date and is traceable. Besides for lessons learned, it can improve for future estimation accuracy for better understanding how much the project is contradicted with the base line estimates. Throughout the life cycle, depend on the project scope, geographical location, context, different stakeholders, partners, planning and implementation methodology can be differed. As an engineer in humanitarian projects, there have many opportunities and benefits for implementing the Social Construction Project Two Story RCC building for MRCS branch office in Chipwi Township 2021-2022. During case study, the strengths and weakness are figure out for different analysis. Although, in the beginning of the project, it was encountered some challenges and difficulties., the project was successfully conducted as per objective of the project described in the vision phase.
