| Abstract | This report introduces a pre-mature stage of tendering system in Myanmar developing country. Myanmar needs more tender rules and need of a law for compelling execution of these rules. Tendering methods may vary according to nature of works it is valuable to have through information on various acquisition types. In this report, some offering techniques and their clarifications by various source authors and a few acts of worldwide associations. Material and Equipment services tender may also vary according to the required amount of material and equipment services, location of works, quality of materials, consumption of equipement and schedule of materials and equipment services. This report is based on Presidentail Tender Directive No.1/2017 used in developing Myanmar. As the case study, Taungoo-Latetho-YarDo-Loikaw-Hopone road in Taunggyi District, Department of Highway is being studied for its tendering processes of work, materials and equipment services; noticing, preparation of documents, evaluation steps, and selection of successful tenderer, and contract steps. In exercise learnt and proposal segment, significance of the need of ability to pick a fitting delicate technique, are introduced dependent on past evident stories. |
