| Abstract | The Quality Management System are established and documented to ensure systematic and consistent approach in work activities particularly in managing operations. This will also ensure all activities and services provided satisfy customer needs and expectations. The system has been developed to meet both our corporate needs and objectives and to satisfy the requirements of ISO 9001 which was formally implemented on 20 March 2017. This is to provide confidence that the QMS introduced is able to demonstrate the company’s capability to meet customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective application and management of the system. The processes needed for the Quality Management System and their application throughout the organization have been identified and where it is required, the processes are documented. |
