AbstractTendering is a stage of project procurement and requires extensive information and document exchange. Poor quality bidding documents are the source of inaccurate estimates, claims and contract disputes. The purpose of this thesis is to study theories of tendering strategy and management for construction projects in order to understand about how the tendering strategy and management process is made on the construction project. This report will also contain a case study of the practices of tendering strategy and management in Private Road & Utility Infrastructure Project (PRUI) and will analyze strength, weakness and recommendations will be provided for tendering strategy and management for PRUI project. All parties involved in the project need to be familiar with all the tendering process that can the project with completely smoothly. Finally, this report also will include the development of a framework for tendering strategy and management.
