| Abstract | The seed center (processing plant) project is a very first and pilot project, a step of Agriculture Income Improvement Program of DOA. Since ShweBo region is known as a rice bin of Myanmar,this project is allocated at the hub of the Agriculture Income Improvement Program.It can be said that this project is starting off on the right foot. The objective of the Project Monitoring and Controlling Process is to finish the project on time and having good quality products.Therefore,a successful start of the project leads to a successful completion with quality performance. It is obvious that the competency of project monitoring and control is a crucial stage in the construction industry. This report has been studied based on seed center (processing plant) project which is a combination of building construction works and machine installation works portion. Regarding to the Project Monitoring and Control Process of this project, the practice of project monitoring and control process group creates value for future design and construction of similar projects. |
