| Abstract | According to the World Economic Forum’s 2022 report, Viet Nam’s tourism is one of the three nations with the best growth in the world. Thus, the hotel project with the foreign invest fund also come to develop in Vietnam. When the investor come to Viet Nam, they will nominate the supplier and special subcontractor to the project that they invest in the local country. And this would be the opportunity for special subcontractor to undertaken the big of interior subcontract and trading with a lot of suppliers around the world. During the project life cycle, the Subcontractor will be facing with a lot of negotiation, misunderstanding, coordination/ damages between parties (Contractor, nominates supplier and employer) that may happens and subcontractor has to management to protect the subcontractor’s profit. Base on the case study, the thesis will point out the frequent problems in subcontractor management and analysis the strength and weakness of each situation in the hotel project. And the report also proposes a proper practical framework of subcontract management to ensure the success of project. |
