With a developing country liked Viet Nam, the contractors have faced so many difficulties in post covid stage, such as: inflation price, long time for material importing and transportation, the number of workers in city, the mind set changing of people. In those sceneries, the contractor might have so many solutions and their self-changing to solve the difficulties and keep going to complete projects. This research has shown a case study for one real apartment project in Ho Chi Minh which begun to execute after Covid time (post Covid). This report will show the way they do, the way they change, the way they give solutions to solve the problem and keep project on track. The project in case study have bid during Covid time in Viet Nam (online bidding). And after this time, when the “new normal” of society is coming, the negotiation between the client and the contractor have result and get letter of acceptance (LOA). After getting LOA, the market price happened, and the affection is deeply for all of contractors. And in myopinion, being a Main Contractor’s Project Manager for this project, the person who is directly in charge of project this time, I will show the way which we did, are doing and will do next time to keep “normally” for project. |
