| Abstract | Quality management is a subset of the project management system however it occupies an important role in the constraint triangle including cost, quality, and time. It guides and establishes the appropriate stage to increase productivity, reduce costs while still satisfying customer requirements. However, the project management knowledge, especially quality management which is still a new aspect in the developmental economy of Vietnam. The approach to the new technique is almost exclusively through foreign documents and lack of synchronization. Within the scope of this report, it will be presented in detail how to apply the quality management theories to establish a quality management system for the CB CIF project. The application of these theories has both strengths and weaknesses points as well as considering recommendations. Based on evaluation methods, it is determined to maintain strength, limit weakness for framework improvement of the next project. Hopefully, this application and experience which is conducted foreign owners’ projects will be useful for forward projects. The stakeholder assessed the CB CIF project quality is qualified and completed on time within budget and scope. Highly practical aspects, close execution to project quality plan and flexible application quality management system of HBC Group on specified CB CIF are also the plus points for this project quality system. |
