AbstractConstruction project management is a job that depends a lot on the ability to effectively exploit and use resources such as finance, facilities, technology, people, etc. These factors are closely related and influence each other. In the above factors, human resources are the decisive factor in the success of construction projects and contractors. Construction industry activities always have involved a lot of labor force with differences in qualifications and knowledge. Therefore, Human Resource Management is a challenging task for managers. However, Human Resource Management is a critical factor affecting organizational structure. The success or failure of a construction project depends a lot on the human element. Human resource management is critical and directly impacts construction companies and projects. Therefore, the author has chosen " Human Resources Challenges And Management In Construction Company. A Case Study Of Medium Contractor In Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam" as the graduation report for the MPM program. This report examines the formulation of strategy, implementation of plans, and development of human resource management in medium construction contractors. The study's core is optimizing personnel management in construction projects and contractors. The thesis also explicitly studies the planning, implementation, management, and development of inherited resources when the contractor implements and expands construction projects. Construction companies always face problems such as lack of quantity, lack of quality, lack of training, and lack of operational efficiency in construction projects. These issues will be studied and evaluated in this thesis. The research results also suggest options to improve the above problems through new ideas and frameworks. Effective human resource management will contribute significantly to improving project management in construction for contractors and construction projects.
