Series Statement
AbstractDuring the practical work process in construction projects, from the role of a site engineer after graduating from university to the position of overall construction manager, a prominent and systematic problem that is often noted is the inefficiency in cost control and balance cash flow. The lack of strict control of cash flow and implementation costs has led to serious consequences, directly affecting construction progress, project quality and investment efficiency. This essay is designed to analyze the core causes leading to the loss of cost control, and at the same time propose solutions for financial management and construction cost control in a scientific, practical and effective manner, contributing to improving project management capacity in the construction projects.
