| Abstract | After more than 40 years of peace, one of Vietnam's goals is economic development to further the nation. Several foreign corporations and investment funds with enormous potential have come and invested in Vietnam. Both success and failure exist. They may not invest in the same businesses or sectors, but they all have one thing in common: they must factor in the price of moving people and commodities. Thus, it is critical to finish and enhance traffic projects to lower the cost of transporting people and commodities for both domestic and international firms, which will encourage greater investment. In ensuring that the procedure is followed effectively, organizations to monitor the utilization of the transportation construction money must be established. Yet, when combined with the state system's management system, it will slow down construction, drive up costs, and degrade quality. You may simply comprehend the benefits and drawbacks of a management unit with the aid of this research. The information supplied is taken from a real-world example, albeit some specifics will need to be adjusted to protect the security of the actual project. |
