AbstractIn a construction joint venture project, several parties are involved to work towards a common goal. In many cases, these parties would have various levels of safety culture within their organization. When forming the consortium, the integration of safety culture is required to standardize the safety of the joint venture. As safety culture plays a crucial role in most professional settings, this research aims to define the process of safety culture integration in a joint venture environment. The method of the research is multiple case study. Subsequently, the study was able to find issues that occurred from difference in safety culture, the strategies implemented to integrate the safety culture, the effectiveness of the integration strategies and challenges to implement said strategy. The common and additional findings were discussed and recommendations for future studies were given.
