| Abstract | Medical applications have undergone a revolution because of advances in computer vision, which have provided creative solutions for precise and effective diagnosis, treatment planning, and monitoring. This work proposes a computer vision application for medical imaging analysis, with an emphasis on Brain Tumor segmentation and classification. The technology uses cutting-edge deep learning algorithms to handle complicated medical pictures, such as CT and MRI scans, and gives medical practitioners accurate visualization, segmentation, and categorization of the impacted regions. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are used in conjunction with sophisticated preprocessing methods in this application to improve picture quality, lowernoise, and guarantee the identification of minute patterns suggestive of illnesses. With the use of interactive visualizations and analysis, the technology supports clinical decision-making, increasing diagnostic precision and lowering human error. By facilitating quicker and more accurate diagnoses, the system has the potential to greatly improve patient outcomes, as demonstrated by validation on publicly accessible medical picture datasets. |
