AbstractThe study examines the factors influencing customer satisfaction with solar energy products in Mandalay. This study aimed to examine the relationship between demographic factors, perception factors, and customer satisfaction with solar energy products. A quantitative research approach was employed, utilizing a structured questionnaire to gather data from a targeted quota sample of 360 respondents. The statistical analysis was conducted on the data to find out the relationships among the variables based on important perception factors like social influence, price perception, environmental concern, product features, and reduction in electricity, in addition to demographic factors such as age and occupation. The analysis showed that social influence, price perception, and environmental concern had the most significant impact on customer satisfaction, with social influence taking the leading role. Regarding demographic factors, there was partial significance in the model. Younger customers and students, were more satisfied because of familiarity with modern technology and environmental concerns. These findings provide some practical insights for solar providers to bring out changes in their strategies by concentrating on the key drivers of customer satisfaction. By addressing the needs of specific demographic groups, providers can only improve customer experiences, which would eventually increase the rate of adoption of solar energy products in the region.
