AbstractIn scheduling analysis, the problem of allocation decisions and sequencing decisions are very often encountered. This study is attempt to optimize the scheduling scheme of Prestress Concrete Industry by Integer Linear Programming approach. An existing systems employing the human judgement is discussed. Comparison is made between the developed mathematical model and the human judgement based algorithm. The mathematical model appear to give better results, However, the model has some limitation and consume a lot of computer time. Two cases of application are subsequently illustrated at the end.
