| Abstract | The relationship between ARMA and linear tank model parameters are established for different tank systems and for different types of input and/or output. Discrete forms of convolution integral are derived for t he use of establishing these relationships . The feasible ranges of the parameters are discussed for a particular case of two tank system. A case study with field data is done for the same particular system to test the feasibility of the system. The causes of non-linearity in tank models are examined as possible recommendations to .the further work. |
