| Abstract | There are lots of chances for Viet Nam’s organizations when globalization happens. A big amount of advancement from international integration for development. Nevertheless, instead of taking their advantages, Vietnam organizations seem not to be qualified enough to compete in the working skills as they are week in Human Resource Management (HRM). Although some individuals and groups have already realized that the best way to be success for an organization to focus on developing Human Resource (HR). There are several limitations in terms of Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM). Although Tien Giang Social Insurance tries to raise performance in labor force, there are still some barriers they need to be improved. In this work, I would analyze by asking staffs at Tien Giang Social Insurance to fill in question form, gathering with interviews and existing application in Tien Giang Social Insurance which is compared with perfect strategic human resource management to show the differences as well as the weak point. Hopefully, this project can support in making better strategy for Human Resource at Tien Giang Social Insurance. |
