| Abstract | My company – PTSC Marine is one of the biggest suppliers in vessel services for Oil & Gas industry in Vietnam. PTSC Marine had dominated the Vietnamese market since established in 1992. However, in recent years, the market share of PTSC Marine has been decreasing sharply due to the growth of the local competitors. Besides, the world crude oil price had fall rapidly from 2014 to early of 2016. Therefore all oil & gas contractors are reducing their operations lead to the seriously decrease of the market demands for vessel services. As a result PTSC Marine is predicted to have very poor performance in 2016. In this Project, the industry overview and the market shall be analyses to find out the opportunities and threats for PTSC Marine in coming time. The internal resources of PTSC Marine shall be analyzed, compared and contrasted with the competitors to determine the strengths and weaknesses of PTSC Marine. Based on the finding from the above analysis, the strategy for PTSC Marine for the next five years shall be drawled and the implementation plan also shall be set up in order to improve the competitive competencies of PTSC Marine. Thus, PTSC Marine shall be able to overcome the difficulties situation of the market and regain its market share as well as to keep the leader position in the market. |
