AbstractHuman resource is the most importance asset of a company which the success of most of today’s businesses depends on. In the current “Knowledge Era”, intellectual capital- the unique knowledge and skills possessed by a company’s work force, defines the company’s competitive edge. Thus, the Human resource development of company plays an important role, especially with Vietnam Electricity (EVN), a big corporation with its total workforce by the end of year 2015 is 104,540 people. This research is conducted to evaluate EVN’s training activities during stage 2012-2015 and determine its restrictions and causes. Finally, to build the EVN’s training master plan during stage 2016 – 2010 so that to effectively serve the fulfilment of main business objectives of the upcoming time.
