Abstract | At many companies, recruiting talented individuals has always been at top priority. However, making such good employees stay and contribute to the fullest is another big challenge that not all organizations can overcome. In fact, there are growing evidences that employers are struggling finding the solution to prevent their human resources from leaving, which cause lost in time, money, and effort. There are many factors for this issue, but onboarding plays a significantly important role. therefore, numerous efforts have been done to improve the level of employees’ engagement. There are big corporations can maintain low level of turnover, but they have to constantly look for opportunities to improve their progress with many of talent training and engagement program, Onboarding program has been transformed into business strategic actions. Schindler is globally leading Elevator and Escalator business, managing thousands of workers and is also strive for better alternatives to have high employee’s engagement and retention rate. Thus, this thesis is about “Excellent Onboarding Framework for New Employee Engagement” in supporting to Schindler engagement program. |
