| Abstract | Managers’ tasks are not only to manage employees to gain the business goal and vision, but they have to engage and motivate employees. Gamification is an efficient tool to guide managers to get it implemented properly in their non-game working environment. Via this paper, the debate and discussion are all about the way that gamification can enable employee engagement, building the solution in the end. Based on this theory guideline, especially gamified mechanics, solution is practically made for salespeople in the company to perform by building a webpage. Because what they do shall create much valued outcomes for the company in a long time. There are interviews and surveys made to design an applicable solution to salespeople’s needs and even motivated to get them feel free to do it. However, the solution needs to be invested more to make it more detailed and productive when it is considered as the company project. At the initial stage, the webpage was received some good feedbacks from sales team who will be willing to do it in the organization. |
