| Abstract | In this study , construction management and its organization concept for multistorey building projects in Bangkok have been investigated. Five multistorey tall buildings are selected as representative cases in the study. Among them , one project, the Grand Tower Apartment, which constitutes all aspects o f the development of a new 14-storey apartment building , is fully scrutinized with respect to all its developing process and the efficacy of management function performed by the construction management team. |
