AbstractOne of the most issue that all :managers' wonders is how feasible of the project to be carried or/and how to have an, over view of the situation of the project at future point. To have an overview of the feasibility of the case, this report will apply financial modeling as a tool for solving out those wonders. In this study, by understanding the accounting principles and rules will form the model of finance. Moreover, by applying the data of the real case and identifying the structure of the project then inputting into the model can expose to authorities of the company the status at any future time. Throughout the sensitivity analysis will find out a set of critical variables that will affect to the project analyzed as well as show up the pros and cons of the application of financial modeling. In addition, a recommendation for procedure of selecting important figures will be done.
