| Abstract | Biomass fuels will continue to play a major role in the energy requirements of the rural households through the year 2003. Exploratory framed scenarios are formulated to link a future energy transition indicating socio-economic technical changes. Result shows that the least percentage of biomass fuels in year 2003 is 57% of the total energy requirement and is mainly used for cooking activities. |
