Abstract | In recent years, the feasibility study has been implemented in order to determine the key factors that will make the business opportunity a success as well as the risks that need to minimize. Especially, financial feasibility study has played the most significant role for investors to make go/ no-go decision in project investment since it has revealed all financial aspects during the project cycle life from planning, executing, handover and operation stage. This report emphasizes to Financial feasibility analysis of five stars Alma hotel and resort project located in Bai Dai Long Beach of Cam Lam district in Khanh Hoa province, central of Viet Nam. The financial feasibility analysis of Alma resort is a long process from studying the original calculation and assumptions, updating the accurate parameters and correcting formulas to analyzing in several scenarios. As the result of this, the owner will be provided the full key financial results such as IRR, Net present value, payback time, revenue and cash flow for managing and improving in project life cycle. In addition, the report has reflected the impact of Covid-19 pandemic in the first and second year of operation and predicted the improvement of financial results as the tourism business completely reopen in the foreseeable future. Finally, several recommendations from this report is extremely beneficial to improve financial performance as the best practices for future similar projects. |
