Abstract | The increasing development of today's modern world put forward the demand for high quality products and diversified product types. Therefore, continuous innovation and reasonable operating costs are vital for enterprises to stay in business in the new increasingly fierce competitive environment. This would mean the investors need to build news factories or expand current ones. These circumstances create more simultaneous projects for our company. Yet the simultaneous implementation of multiple projects presents us with both opportunities and challenges in terms of financial management. Optimizing financial advantages gained from several projects at a given time can compensate for the shortages of others’ in the same period in the short term, or help with the implementation of financial activities with the aim of bringing about healthy financial states for projects. This analysis gives insight into the financial relations among projects via synthesis and integrated financial management methods. So that we can have a more holistic and comprehensive view of the management and implementation of each project. Synthesized content in this report has improved the efficiency and smooth coordination in project implementation in order to bring about substantial benefits for the sustainable development of our company. In summary, this report was conducted with the aim of assessing project financial management, from there, to suggest necessary solutions to tackle difficulties in financial management anticipated to happen in the near future. |
