Abstract | A general purpose graphics/drafting module, GPLCYI', for FEM/ CAD system
was developed for two and t hree-dimensional finite el ement images. The
capabilities include the displaying of mesh geometry , deformed meshes
and internal force diagrams for plane trusses and frames. The
presentation can be made on screen, by printer or plotter. In addition
to the display of t he entire structure, the program has a "zoom" option
which will display a window of interesting portion of the structure. The
developed program can be utilized either independently or interfaced
with any general finite element program. |
