AbstractProject financial management is a process that bring together the planning, budgeting, accounting, reporting (finance), analyzing, performance of project with aim to manage the project successfully to reach the project objective. In this part the project financial management is to focus on the project practice of the management team; there are two main factors in this research which are project cashflow practice and project cost planning and control practice. Those two factors are equally important but if looking from the owner perspective they are more focus on the project cashflow as it indicates when they will have to pay and when they will receive said money. The research finding out the key factors of successful construction project and how those factors are being practice in the cases. The research is carried out in a qualitative case study approach with four construction firm with medium to large scale. The qualitative method of in-depth interview and details documents collection was applied. The case wise and cross case technique was applied to analyze the practice of the construction project to draw out the conclusion of the study.
