Abstract | Nowadays, more players in the construction industry are facing performance issue in their projects. In order to survive in the market which are faster, more global, and more complex, the parties need to understand which factors are associated with their project performance. Thus, relational contracting approach is an option which associate with project performance. There are several researches support the belief that elements of relational contracting associate project performance in construction. However, although there are various researches study the relational contracting, there seem to be a gap in knowledge of study the correlation between relational contracting factors and project performance in contracts of Thailand. The aim of this research is to investigate the relationship between relational contracting factors and project performance in Thailand construction projects. Then, questionnaires were distributed to measure the factors which were verified from literature review and experts. The total of distributing is 54 questionnaires. The research has found that relational contracting factors have significant relationship with construction project performance. |
