AbstractMotivations are studied in various industry. Construction industry is one of the industry that the researchers seldom studied on its motivation. This study was carried out in Bangkok, the capital city of Thailand. And only rise building project sites were investigated. The opinion of the workers on their needs, motiv ators, and demotivators are investigated . Construction supervisors' point of view on workers need, motivators, and demotivators are also reviewed . A comparison of the workers opinion and supervisors opinion is done. The motivation method is suggested after the collected data has been analyzed. A conclusion of the workers motivation in construction industry in Bangkok is stated at the end of this thesis. Recommendations on the motivators are given in this part .
