AbstractThe thesis attempts to find out the reasons for establishing a construction joint venture in Thailand, the procedure foilowed in establishing a construction joint venture as governed by the Laws and Regulations of Thailand, the avenues and the factors controlling the partner selection and the development of different types of construction joint venture to suit local conditions. The construction joint venture agreement, management structure and modes of operation are all discussed with the objective of summarizing the guidelines for successful construction joint venture formation and operation.
