AbstractCambodia's economy is expanding, and the building industry has seen significant transformation. Clothing and accessories, tourism, agriculture, and construction are the four primary sectors for economic grow in Cambodia. Furthermore, due to population growth, the building industry continues to expand fast around the country, particularly in densely populated areas. In Cambodia, the number of residential building projects is on the rise, as is the issue of cost, time, and quality when they begin. Because of the enormous change in the capacity and volume of the Cambodian construction sector over the last decade, a detailed analysis of the reasons for delays and the development of a clear understanding among the industry are critical. There are many factors which are affecting schedule delays in residential building projects, but using a selected set of 37 attributes, this research study will identify the key factors impacting schedule delays in Cambodia residential building projects.
