Abstract | Nowadays technology is recognized as the key for development of any organization. The competitiveness of International Telephone depa1tment of CAT depends upon how effectively it manages the innovation process since it was set up with the technology transfer from foreign counhy. As an explorat01y study, this research study aims to identify factors affecting the innovation process in the depa1tment and provide an innovation management framework to suit for this telecommunication fum. The results indicate that the co1porate culture, goal and strategy system, and leadership styles are the most impo1tant drivers for International Telephone depa1tment of CAT. Finally, the study proposes an innovation management model appropriate for this depa1tment. |
