AbstractEnvironmental change represents a genuine danger to living security and provokes dangers, vulnerabilities in the agriculture segment through the expanded recurrence of normal fiascoes and extraordinary climate occasions. For example, droughts, flooding, irregular rainfall, among others, especially in the district of Central Dry Zone of Myanmar Including Sagaing City. The frontier of Dry Zone encompasses Sagaing region. The fundamental zone influenced by desertification and dry seasons is the Dry Zone situated in the central part of the nation. The Dry Zone is portrayed by under 1000 mm of rainfall every year. Annual precipitation and intra-annual dispersion of the precipitation in coastal and delta districts is as high as 5000 mm generally while it is just around 600 mm in the Dry Zone. Sagaing city is situated in the Upper Ayeyarwady Region of Myanmar.Albeit numerous researches have been managed in this area of the Upper Ayeyarwady Region of Myanmar is still lower focused in such manner. This research focuses on historical patterns of discharge, temperature and rainfall of Sagaing city that situated in Upper Ayeyarwady River. Trends in temperature, rainfall and discharge are analyzed in daily and monthly. Discharge, rainfall, minimum temperature and maximum temperature are analyzed in this study.Discharge and rainfall datas are analyzed in daily and minimum temperature and maximum temperature datas are both daily and monthly. Discharge Data sets covering from 1983 to 2010, Rainfall Data is from 1983 to 2013 and maximum and minimum temperature is from 1989 to 2013 are used in this study.
