The problem of defecation in the field becomes quite serious has been more widespread and contaminated the waters. Further some related diseases may be out-breaks. The main reasons of having poor water supply and sanitation are attributed to contaminated river, Jack of central units to implement, regulate and control the environmental policy on water and sanitation. Likewise there is little or no understanding of the need for clean water and sanitation by rural people. Most of the water from the studied areas is contaminated in some extent with fecal bacteria. Therefore a risk from consumption of this water would be expected and affected people's health through water borne disease such as diarrhea. Establishment of medical centers and schools and e~ucating people to treat their drinking water including improvement of sanitation conditions are the solutions and recommendations drawn from this study to obtain a better living condition. Of the health care program, people wish to have high quality services from the government officers involved at all levels, provinces down to the districts. |
