Abstract | Image processing is a thing that can be used to integrate most part of our daily lives. This kind of feature has been integrated in many things in our daily lives. Facial recognition, object detection and letter recognition are one of the many few uses that image processing offers. And as the braille printers which are sold commercially are expensive, I plan to use the image processing feature to recognize the individual letters of the English alphabets and transforms it into Braille characters which will be punched on a paper. This mechanism is hopefully to be an alternate way of printing braille without having to buy for a pricey printer machine. |
