Abstract3D concrete printing is an innovative construction method which can provide potential advantages. It has been produced with different properties such as different unit weights, dif- ferent flow characteristics and different strengths. The purpose of this research is to find the effect of W/C, sand, cement, fly ash and addational admixture of placticizer by weight of cement on flow- ability, setting time, compressive strength, and density. There are several of other organizations' productions that 3D printing mixes can be produced with different prop- erties; findings are different from one regions and different materials constituents. However, there is no found to comparing the mix designs with Design of Experiments (DOE) method that can find out the better mix ratio upon selective factors in term of statically analysis process. This report finds out the comparison of 3D printing mix proportion by using Design of Experiments (DOE) method in the software of Minitab to get the better mix ratio unlike the other researches and companies as well as observes the cost optimization in order to meet quality and economic issue. Therefore, for the examination of 28 days compressive strength to test with ASTM C469 , density with ASTM C567 and setting time ASTMC807 are the parameters that are mainly measured to compare the aimed goal in the research with the conceren of ranking levels and cost calculation.
