| Abstract | This research study which is examining the facility management services in Jonkoping Uni- versity of Sweden and Asian Institute of Technology Thailand, is mainly focused on the cus- tomer satisfaction and frequency expectations of the facility management services in both universities. The research was conducted in both Sweden and Thailand in the respective uni- versities and the data collection was done as a questionnaire survey and also the information from the facility management units of each university. The questionnaires were developed according to the facilities available in each universities. Only students and staff members of each university were taken as respondents. All the collected data was analyzed and com- pared from each university. The customers expectations of the frequency of each services were compared with the actual frequency of that particular service, and this analysis was done for each university. The satisfaction of the each University of each Service, were also analyzed in respect to their category of services and reckoned the most and least satisfied ser- vice of each university with respect to each category. Lastly the significant difference of the customer satisfaction of each service between both universities were analyzed and discussed the reasons behind that dilemma. |
