AbstractOver the past 15 years along with the development of the economic, boom in the real estate investment has happened in Vietnam. Many economic sectors have been involved in the field of real estate investment. Success were rare but also failure were many. Effective investment projects management is the problem that all real estate developers are keen. There have been many models are established for the purpose of investment project management of real estate developers, closely management sometimes associated with cumbersome procedures and wasted time that resulted in losing the opportunities of investors. Besides, there are many real estate developers who pay the price for not having a effective project management system of. This report is based on the fact that has taken place more than 15 years in Housing and Urban Development Corporation ( HUD ) a real estate developer that is evaluated relative success in Vietnam. However over 15 years experience in developing, the organization itself has revealed several weaknesses. This report is based on a review of literature of organizational structure and project governance then proposed improvement by adopting a good project structure and governance, evaluate possible obstacles encountered when changing the organizational structure as well as project governance and offer solutions to promote the strengths and overcome weaknesses to improve efficiency management of the organization.
