AbstractThere are a lot of research which are conducted about project management knowledge and skills and human skills. However, investigating the project management knowledge and skills of project manager and project success, there are not many about this research. In this research, researcher will be investigating strength of relationship between project manager management skill and project success. Moreover, moderating analysis will be carried out with human skill of project manager which moderately effect on the relationship of project management knowledge and the project success. The main reason for conducting this research is to improve the management knowledge and skill of project manager who is the vital role of the project. And also about the human skill which is alternatively important to drive the project harmoniously. Researcher collected 50 respondents by distribution the questionnaire in Yangon, Myanmar. After that relationship between project management skills and project success has conducted by using multiple regression statistical analysis in SPSS software. On the other hand, Hayes’s moderation PROCESS marco analysis has used to test the human skills moderate between project management skill and project success. Above mentioned analysis method have used in order to fulfill the objective of the study.
