Abstract | Singapore Banking Corporation (SBC) Bank is local Bank that has operated officially it business
since on 27111 October 1993 with the paid-up capital of USD 5,000,000.00 and an authorized
capital ofUSD 15,000,000.00.
Therefore, this research analyze the management style of the SBC Bank how well they are able to
manage and convert their asset and liability into earnings as well how effective ratios of financial
statement analysis will be taking into account in order to evaluate the SBC Bank's performance.
Then, the research will describe from the factor analysis for finding out the specific factors from
SBC Bank's employees' and non-corporate customers' perspective, which affect the financial
service quality. As well how the human factors: employees and customers will be influenced the
service quality. Finally, the research will illustrate the correlation between these two human
factors' perspective how strong positively and negatively correlated each other.
Finally, the research found out that SBC Bank has been well performed by offering customers
with quality of services in terms of prompt services as well as simple process and procedure. In
addition, SBC Bank has been strongly motivated employees to work and be responsible their jobs
well. |
