AbstractThis paper focuses on pressure versus volume relationship of expanded polyurethane resin. Applying different pressures on each expanded polyurethane resin does this research. The optimum-mixing ratio of Isocyanides and Resin is used to find each expansion height of expanded polyurethane resin by applying different pressures. Moreover, this research also investigates on foam density of each expanded polyurethane resin with applying different pressures. When the density of each expanded polyurethane resin is known, use these foam densities to find void ratio of each expanded polyurethane resin pressed by different pressures, as the density is inversely proportional to each other. Moreover, void ratio of each sample is directly proportional to volume of each expanded polyurethane resin. Overall, this research is helpful for foundation engineering and soil remediation works.
