Abstract | Indoor localization have been a prominent subject in the market for the past decade. Most products that are invented has problems in locating in a vast area and also the energy consumption in localization devices have been one of the most caught on problems. This research was carried out in-order to develop a locating tag which consist of a stronger antenna which can transmit signal to a longer distance. And also design a tag which is potable and can be use by anyone. The developed tag from this project was compared with a previously developed locating tag in AIT. The RSSI was measured on both of the tags while changing the environment. Since the tag main component is a low cost Bluetooth low energy device, the tag will be economical to the market. Moreover, this developed device is designed to save time for people to find their lost objects with a higher accuracy of locating. |
