AbstractNowadays, with the rapid development of Hospitality Construction, the needs of both beauty and comprehensive multi-function resort has been receiving special attention of many investor from not only domestic but international. Therefore, the comprehensive design efficiency process should be researched and developed in this kind of project. This report will concentrate on analyzing of design management process, design strategies and key the elements that make up an effective design. The analysis will include content about how to develop design planning, how to implement design states and how to control it. In addition, the report will point out pros and cons in the management and discuss on solutions. An appropriate framework so as to apply to future project need to be developed. The case study is using the real data from zone planning project in Vandon District, Quang Ninh Province, Vietnam.
