| Abstract | In recent year, the urbanization process has taken place quickly. Sustainable urban development has been receiving special attention of the public. Therefore, the design efficiency process should be researched and developed in urban development project. On the one hand, this report will concentrate on analyzing of design management process, design strategies and point out the elements that make up an effective design. The analysis will include content about how to develop design planning, how to implement design states and how to control it. On the other hand, the report will point out advantages and disadvantage in the management and discuss on solutions. At the same time develop an appropriate framework to apply to future projects The case study is using the real information from planning project in Ho Chi Minh City. |
