Abstract | This thesis presents the 2D spatial direction relationship model of fausdorff Metric developed. Until now, many kind of spatial direction relationship models have been used in field of Geographic Information System and related field, but there are no any models which have been accepted widely. In this thesis, author will show a new model that according to mathematics morphologic theory, develop Hausdorff Metric to Hausdorff direction, and through weighted direction join operation. Finally define the spatial direction relationship value between two spatial objects in two- dimension GIS. We can know from the test that it not only can determine the spatial direction relationship value easily and accurately, but also solve many complex spatial relationship between spatial objects |
