| Abstract | This research aims to inspire the idea of making use of social media to make life more convenient beyond just communication. The research was conducted to find out the customer experience on using LINE authentication as a protocol to authenticate and control over IoT gadgets, which digital doorlock has been chosen as a testing subject in this research. This research can be a very good initiative to hardware and software developers to develop new technology from real customer behavior and minimize the barrier to entry from introducing service customers aren't familiar with. |
