Abstract | This study discusses about Government to Business, focusing on the identification of its principle concepts, main constituents and assessment of some regionally prominent applied models, hence pointing out valuable experiences for the formation Ministry of Industry of Vietnam's own model. As eG2B is a part in the information and technology (IT) implementation in the Ministry of Industry, the study will be a practical contribution to the process of selecting the right approach for Vietnam's industry case. The applied models which are mentioned in the study include Singaporean, Korean and Indian ones. These are based on the UNPAN 's report on the development of e-govemments all over the globe in 2005 and the fact that these countries have reached high level of IT development in the region |
